About Us
Great to see you, we are so pleased you want to find out more about our friendly bowls club. Wing Village Bowls Club is set in the heart of Wing village. Part of the local sports community, we play in all seasons. When it's a bit chilly we play Short Mat Bowls inside (Oct - March) and then we return outside, on our wonderful green for outdoor Green Bowls (April-Sept)
Founded in 1990, Wing Bowls Club prides itself as being an inclusive club. We welcome all ages, sexes and abilities. Trying out bowls is a chance to meet new people, take up some gentle exercise and come along to some of our many social events. We hold roll up afternoons on a Tuesday from 5pm and Thursdays at 2pm for anyone that fancies a go. Please just turn up with flat shoes on and the rest we will take care of. We can supply woods to play with and lovely club members to help you get started.
The big news for the 2023 season is that we have a new club house which we are very excited about and can't wait to show you around.
